Well guarantee

Thank you for purchasing from us, our wells are made of 304 steel, the most used in the world, largely due to its excellent corrosion resistance.

Considerations

This product has a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date indicated on the invoice. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse of the product, damage caused by poor installation or damage caused by accidents.

recommendations

  • Avoid exposing the dishwasher to strong chemicals such as acids, corrosive substances, abrasives, solvents, removers, etc. If the dishwasher comes into contact with a substance of this type, rinse it quickly with water to avoid damage to the surface.
  • Avoid leaving rusty metal parts in the dishwasher for a long time.
  • After using hot water in the dishwasher, run cold water to minimize thermal shock.

Cleaning:

  • Use detergents or soaps free of chlorine and its derivatives.
  • If you use soaps with bleach, rinse the surface with plenty of water.
  • Avoid using abrasive or shiny sponges (steel) to clean the dishwasher, because they can scratch its surface, causing rust in these areas.
  • After each use, clean the dishwasher with mild soap and use the soft side of the sponge to scrub the surface.
  • Dry the dishwasher completely with a soft towel after each use to prevent mineral residue buildup from forming on the surface.
  • At least once a week, wash the surface completely, rubbing with moderate force and always in the direction of the finish lines.

Condensation

Condensation of water is defined as the passage of water from its gaseous state, in the form of a vapor, to a liquid state. Condensation forms when hot, humid air comes into contact with a cold surface.

How to prevent condensation

  • After washing kitchen utensils, avoid storing wet utensils in cabinets.
  • Avoid defrosting food directly on the surface of the dishwasher, this will generate condensation inside the cabinets. Use plastic containers or racks.
  • Control the humidity levels in your home, this is achieved with good ventilation, opening the windows which facilitates the exchange of humid and hot air, reducing condensation.
  • If there is condensation inside cabinets, it is recommended to open the doors for a few minutes daily or put stops to reduce the sealing, allowing ventilation of the place.
  • There are different objects with which you can control humidity such as charcoal or silica gel or humidity extractors.

Coverage

The warranty for Venturini dishwashers only covers manufacturing defects such as: Oxidation points without use of the piece, non-resistance to high temperatures, deformed edges that do not allow water to drain, deformations in the dishwasher that do not allow its installation to the furniture.

Exclusions

It also does not cover problems caused by lack of care of the product explained above.
